Do you think we'd have any chance of successfully suing the president? Czars! They're everywhere. And just where in the Constitution does it provide for or authorize them? Ummm... No where? Yes, I believe that's the right answer.
So, why does the POTUS have them? Because they answer to him and him alone. There is absolutely no congressional oversite with these people and that my friends is NOT right. It kinda punches "checks and balances" in the face, doesn't it?
