New Hampshire: Majority favors new gun law

Eighty percent of respondents to our poll said they are in favor of a new law that would increase protections for those who use a weapon in self defense.

Florida: To adhere to state mandate, local governments must repeal gun laws

A state law voiding all municipal and county gun regulations and making it illegal for officials to enforce them or enact new ones will go into effect on Oct. 1, sending local governments around Florida scrambling to remove all references to "firearms" from the books.


Texas: San Antonio gun store sues BATFE

A San Antonio gun shop is suing the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, arguing the agency exceeded its authority by ordering licensed dealers to report some rifle sales.
