Ohio: Right-to-Carry in restaurants starts Friday

Under the law, people licensed to carry a concealed weapon are now allowed to bring a gun onto liquor permit premises, such as carry outs, restaurants, nightclubs, hotels, shopping malls and museums places where the weapons had been forbidden under Ohio's previous law.


Oregon Court of Appeals rejects university system's ban on guns on campus

A three judge panel of the Oregon Court of Appeals said that an Oregon University System ban on guns exceeds its authority and is invalid.
