The key moment in this video is when the officer clears the gun. It is BLATANTLY OBVIOUS to anyone with any kind of sense that this is a shotgun.

I just looked at the video closely and I don't believe it is an AR rifle at all. The weapon was cleared with a lever on the right side much like a SKS (it looked too long for a AK47) it might have even been an auto shotgun.
