Dear America,

In the future, when you are droning on and on about so called "assault weapons" and high capacity magazines, please remember that they are indeed called "magazines" and not "clips."

Oh sure, Matt Damon or some other Hollywood type probably referred to it as a "clip" in that one movie you saw but I assure you, it's a magazine. Unless of course it was Saving Private Ryan (or some other WWII/Korea era movie) and the actor was using an M1 Garand. You see, those actually do use "clips."
